These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application "Orbit Grid" (the "App"), published by Orbit Grid ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Orbit Grid is a single-player puzzle game available for iOS and Android. No account or sign-in is required to play.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The App offers optional in-app purchases, including virtual currency ("Plasma Credits"), cosmetic items ("The Armory"), and other unlockable content. These purchases:
The App may show optional rewarded video ads (e.g., to earn in-game rewards) served through Google AdMob. Ads are optional where marked as such; declining a rewarded ad simply forfeits the associated reward. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collected by our advertising partner.
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems; exploit bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage in purchases or progression; or use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the App.
The App, including its code, design, graphics, audio, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you are under that age, you may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, including for any in-app purchases.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, progress, or virtual items, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute-resolution mechanisms made available by the Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable, or otherwise as required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
