Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Orbit Grid ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the "Orbit Grid" mobile application (the "App"). We built the App to require no account and to keep your data on your own device wherever possible.

1. Information we do not collect

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not directly collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data. We do not operate a server-side database of players or player progress.

2. Information stored on your device

The App stores the following data locally on your device only, using standard on-device storage (AsyncStorage), and it is not transmitted to us:

• Game progress (levels completed, stars earned);
• App settings (e.g., sound preference);
• Virtual currency balances (Plasma Credits, Beacons) and owned cosmetic items.

This data stays on your device. Uninstalling the App, or using the in-app "Reset progress" option, permanently deletes it. Because there is no cloud account, this data cannot be recovered or transferred to a new device.

3. In-app purchases

Purchases made in the App are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Your payment information (card details, billing address, etc.) is collected and processed by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies — we never see or store it. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed, which we use to grant the corresponding virtual item or credit balance locally on your device.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App uses Google AdMob to serve optional rewarded video ads. To deliver and measure ads, Google AdMob and its partners may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID), IP address, general device information, and ad interaction data, and may use this information to serve interest-based (personalized) advertising, subject to your device's ad-tracking permissions and settings. This data collection is governed by Google's own privacy policy, available at: policies.google.com/privacy

You can limit ad personalization through your device settings (e.g., iOS "Allow Apps to Request to Track" / Android "Opt out of Ads Personalization").

5. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not collect personal information directly and requires no account, no personal data is knowingly gathered from any user, including children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a third-party service (such as our ad partner) in a way that concerns you, please contact us so we can address it.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share any personal information with third parties, because we do not collect any directly. The only third parties involved in the App's operation are:

• Apple / Google — for app distribution and payment processing;
• Google AdMob — for serving rewarded ads, as described in Section 4.

Each of these operates under its own privacy policy.

7. Data security

Since gameplay data is stored locally on your device rather than on our servers, its security depends on your device's own security (passcode, OS-level encryption, etc.). We do not maintain a central database of player data that could be breached.

8. Your choices

• You can reset all locally stored progress at any time via the in-app "Reset progress" option in Settings.
• You can limit ad tracking/personalization via your device's privacy settings.
• Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data associated with it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or applicable law. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
